Cancellation and No Show
The total or partial cancellation service by passenger involves a penalty or total loss of service which vary depending on the case and requested services and in accordance with the cancellation policy of each service provider. No Show is considered when the passenger is not present at the start point and hour of each service, using in this case the conditions of voluntary refusal of service without a claim or refund.


TRADE POLICY OF NO SHOW, CANCELLATIONS CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- Turifax S.A.C. Travel agency acts only as an intermediary agent for travelers. Its function is to arrange the services provided by airlines, bus operators, train operators, cruise operators, transport operators in general, hotels, tour operators and / or any other independent firm.

- HOTELS IN PERU (not included in a tour package) hotel reservations can only be confirmed if confirmed full payment for services (unless expressly agreed otherwise). If you have reached a point agreement between the company and the customer, the reservation can be confirmed with a partial payment. Payments for hotel services can only be done as indicated in our methods of payment. Schedules, routes, flight numbers and times of these tickets are subject to change until the date of travel by the airline. All reservations of airline tickets are subject to confirmation until full receipt of full payment for tickets and until they have been issued. Tickets issued in respect of air transport services do not allow refunds or exchanges. CANCELLATIONS
If a cancellation request is received until and including 60 days before the date of arrival of passengers, return or refund will be subject to a penalty of 15% of the total cost for administrative costs, which in no case be less than US $ 100.00 or its equivalent in Nuevos Soles (kind of weighted average selling rate in effect at the date of payment) for each passenger and in addition to the penalties imposed by each service provider, hotels or airlines, etc. outside the financial expenses associated with the cost bank transfer, credit card fee and any other fees and / or costs associated with the return.
